This hands-on course will go over strategies to plan, cook, and eat on a budget while also eating healthy. Each week participants will prepare/cook food to taste along with practicing strategies for meal planning and shopping all on a budget. Participants will also go home with tools and recipes each week. Participants who are interested are also encouraged to sign up for the 10 Tips A series offered in September to learn more about the nutrition of MyPlate.
