The Feldenkrais Method® is a type of neuromuscular re-education that will enable your body to do more than it has in years. Feldenkrais classes are easily adapted to the online format, and students have been able to understand the directions and follow along quite easily.
These gentle movement sequences will help you work through chronic muscular or joint pain while improving your flexibility and posture. This is not an exercise class, so loose fitting or stretchy casual clothes are appropriate. Please have a mat and two thick towels to use during each class.
