Chocolate Extravaganza
with Debra Arter
February 13th, 2021
Nothing says dessert quite like chocolate! In this one night class we will prepare molten lava cakes, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and take home a fudge sauce to die for! Bring your sweet tooth, an empty container or two and a friend for a night of sinful decadence.
We will also learn the history of chocolate and how it was used as currency! Recipes and generous samples of all things we create will be distributed. Laughter and brimming bellies guaranteed! Chocolate provides not only a delicious winter treat but has many historical and economic references which are highlighted as well in this class. So become a history buff while enjoying a sweet treat!
NOTE: In order to maintain social distancing class size is limited to six so register early!
