Join a group of dynamic women, finding support in these stressful times, sharing, laughing and learning to do it differently, with ease. Women of all ages, backgrounds, and wisdoms are welcome and essential to open up new insights. This weekly circle, led by experienced life coach Elizabeth Sylvester, will use the collective wisdom of the group to help members begin to create new paths and new ways of thinking and doing. The course is scheduled for an initial 6 weeks but may be extended as the circle grows. Elizabeth Sylvester’s experience as life coach, parent advocate, and mediator brings a varied background and experiences in leading women’s circles. Lightness and laughter are musts in all her circles and workshops.
